I feel that am like what I hope most people to be like, and that is a person that wants to live in a world devoid of dishonesty and mind games. The reason that I mention this is because I have long wondered what has happened to a lot of sales focused career people and when the profession took a turn from being a career of honesty and competitive skill to one of mind games and dishonesty.
I wanted to get the best money that i possibly could for my house as I am sure everyone does but I did not want to achieve this by doing a deal with the devil.
Paul Land has so honestly, skilfully, knowledgeably and pleasantly resurrected our faith in the sales profession during the sale of our house. Paul satisfied every expectation I had for my ideal real estate agent, from how thoroughly and insistently he made sure I had shown him every "hot button" that would be sure to impress a potential buyer to how absolutely flawless his commitment to round the clock correspondence with myself and potential buyers has been.
If I had to choose one word to best describe Paul it would be sincere.
This guy really, genuinely cares about his clients. Vendors and purchasers alike. He treats people with the most heartwarming respect that will have future clients as satisfied as we are. Paul is equally masterful at his craft of salesmanship as he is a genuine guy.
My family and I wish Paul all the success in the future as he is certainly a ray of sunshine to the industry, he not only sold our house within our price expectations he has left our entire family feeling nourished after what could have been a draining experience.
Thanks again Paul,
Smit Family.
